DMCA Policy
Virtual Currency Legal Compliance respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted and implemented a policy for addressing copyright infringement claims. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a notice of alleged infringement and for submitting a counter-notification if you believe your content was wrongly removed.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their access to our services terminated.
